About
I graduated from Florida International University with my Ph.D. in International Relations. While there, I also earned a Masters in International Studies and a Masters in Latin American and Caribbean Studies.
I am currently an Assistant Professor at St. John Fisher University in the Department of Political Science and Legal Studies. I previously taught at Wofford College as a Visiting Professor in the Government and International Affairs Department.
My research focuses on critical approaches to international law. I primarily focus on international criminal law, international humanitarian law, and human rights law. I have also taught and researched the law of the sea.
